All-Church Conference
Charge Conference Each year, United Methodist congregations are required to convene an all-church meeting called a Charge Conference. This is an annual time when the whole church gathers to celebrate ministry, set goals for the coming year, and take care of important business matters such as approving leadership, clergy compensation, and membership updates.
